The owner of STR Construction began his career in construction over 25 years ago. With degrees from a college, a technical university, and an academy of international business, he has dedicated his professional life to the construction industry, gaining extensive experience in managing complex infrastructure projects.

His portfolio includes overseeing the construction of railway lines, external utility networks, water supply systems, and sewage systems. Over the years, he has earned a reputation as a professional capable of solving complex challenges and delivering outstanding results.

He believes that every project requires an individual approach, and success is achieved through careful planning, attention to detail, and teamwork. As a strong advocate of continuous development, he keeps a close eye on emerging construction technologies and integrates innovative solutions into company projects to ensure the best outcomes for clients.

Denis brings a deep passion for construction and innovation to every project he takes on. With more than a decade of hands-on and managerial experience, he has worked across a wide range of residential and light commercial projects. He’s especially drawn to the planning and estimating side of construction—analyzing project scope, solving technical challenges, and finding efficient paths from design to completion.

What Denis enjoys most about construction is that no two days are ever the same. He thrives on exploring new technologies, understanding updated building codes, and refining his approach to estimating and job planning. Whether it’s a new material or a permitting puzzle, he enjoys digging into the details.

A creative mind beyond the job site

Outside of work, Denis travels frequently and enjoys immersing himself in new places and cultures. He’s also a visual artist and has hosted several solo exhibitions featuring his paintings—work inspired by his surroundings, experiences, and love of architecture and natural forms.
